At KEMS, Making our communities Safer everyday, our mission is to provide highest-quality training and medical equipment to individuals and organizations in our community. We believe that everyone should have the knowledge and skills to save a life in an emergency situation.

Pennsylvania requires all Childcare Providers to be certified by a PQAS approved INSTRUCTOR. KEMS Instructors for Childcare Facilities are ALL PQAS Certified. KEMS uses Health and Safety Institute (HSI), HSI Pediatric First Aid CPR Training is PQAS approved for Pa Childcare Facilities. Preferred Training is BLENDED TRAINING, this training has 2 parts, 

• Part 1 online training that participants complete at their pace, can start and stop as needed.
• Part 2 skills assessment at your facility. Instructor Skills Assessment takes about 1hr to complete.

KEMS Pediatric First Aid CPR training is OCDEL, DHS, and PA KEYS approved for Childcare Facilities.

KEMS was contracted by ECEPDO to provide Pediatric First Aid CPR Training for the past 6 years, contract ended July 2025,KEMS was one of the top training centers contracted to ECEPDO to provide Authorized Pediatric First Aid CPR Training to Childcare Facilities. KEMS Instructors Meet all requirements to provide training to Pa Childcare providers.

Victor Knight the Owner of KEMS is HEALTH and SAFETY INSTITUTE (HSI) Instructor and has over 46 years of experience as an EMT/Paramedic and 44 years as a First Aid CPR Instructor, 9 years Military, and 5 years Pa Law Enforcement Officer. KEMS Instructors use the Highest Quality and the Latest Training Techniques to ensure that you receive the most up-to-date and effective training.

We offer a variety of training options to fit your schedule and needs. Whether you prefer In-Person Classroom or Blended training, we have a solution that works for you. We provide training at your location for groups of a minimum of 6 people
